We are energy systems operating within other energy systems. Thoughts, feelings and actions impact the individual’s energy and until they learn to manage these three, they will merely survive. My intention is to have the individual thrive. In the course of our sessions, individuals discover aspects of themselves that they had forgotten or hidden, beliefs and programming that no longer serve them. We look at how they might adjust their beliefs, perspectives, thoughts, and actions to maintain their energy. I provide them with tools to reinforce new patterns of being so they can deal more elegantly with the challenges they face. Clients are also given homework to deepen their experience and commitment.
